- Shinji keeps a straight, spiritless face when he intentionally cut off all senses. (source)
- Kaworu’s calm/detached atmosphere makes it hard to believe that he is around the same age as Shinji or Asuka. His mysterious/implicit smile contributes to such aura as well. (source)
